Reopening School

Dear Parents,

As we prepare to reopen for the 2020/2021 school year, our main goal is to inform you of all guidelines. While we know this can be a fearful time having never experienced this before, the teachers, administration, and staff at Zion Temple Christian Academy are committed to providing a quality program that is safe, educational, child-friendly, and fun!

Certainly, things may seem different with new procedures in place for the safety of all, this will be an environment that fosters fun and learning. It is our goal to draw out and inspire the best in our students as we provide them with opportunities to create, explore, and learn.

Over the next few weeks, a handbook will be provided with our plans and procedures for the upcoming school year. This handbook will lay out changes as we enter the next phase of the COVID-19 pandemic. This situation is unprecedented and is constantly evolving, so all changes included in this handbook will remain as the “new normal” until further notice. We will make sure that all changes are realistic and feasible for staff and children by following CDC (Center for Disease Control), Ohio Governor Mike Devine, and the Director of Ohio Department of Health guidelines as well as those put forth by ODJFS (Ohio Department of Job and Family Service), and the city of Cincinnati. Please be sure to thoroughly read, sign and return the last two pages of this handbook electronically once you receive it.

Thank you.
